Parent Teacher Interviews- March 26, 2026.
We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Parent-Teacher Interview Night at St. John Henry Newman Catholic Secondary School on Thursday, March 26th. This evening offers a valuable opportunity to connect with your child’s teachers and discuss their academic progress.
📅 Interview Times
Interviews will be held in person at the school and will be for 5-minute time blocks, please be respectful of your allotted time:
- Afternoon Session: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Evening Session: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

When booking:
- Include your child’s full name
- Select the correct date (March 26th)
- Choose the appropriate teacher(s)
- Please consider travel time between appointments
- If more time is needed, we kindly ask that you arrange an additional meeting at another time
Appointment bookings will close on Wednesday, March 25th at 12:00 p.m. We encourage early booking to secure your preferred time slots.
🧭 Navigating the School On the day of interviews:
- Room locations will be posted throughout the school
- Peer Mentor students will be available to guide you to the appropriate classrooms
- Please ensure your child writes down the times and room numbers for each of your meetings
☕ French Café Fundraiser
While you’re here, don’t forget to stop by the French Café, where students will be selling baked goods, hot beverages, and other treats to raise funds in support of the Languages program. Your support is greatly appreciated!
⏰ NOON Dismissal Schedule – March 26th
Please note that students will be dismissed at noon to allow time for afternoon interviews.
The schedule for the noon dismissal is as follows:
7:55am warning bell
period 1: 8:00-8:48am
period 2: 8:51-9:38am
period 3: 9:41-10:28am
period 4: 10:31-11:18am
period 5: 11:20am-12:00pm (first wave of school buses arriving at 12:10pm)
